BIATHLON

Enhance your physical fitness through participation in the sport of biathlon. Biathlon is an Olympic winter sport, which combines competitive, free-technique cross-country skiing and small-bore rifle marksmanship. Training consists of strength and cardiovascular conditioning as well as shooting practices.

In a biathlon competition cadets ski 5 kilometers and stop at the shooting range to shoot twice in the prone position.

Cadets get the chance to compete at the regional, provincial and national level.
